 What You’ll Do & the Impact You’ll Make 

  • Provide welcoming, personalized banking experiences that strengthen member relationships 
  • Support members with everyday transactions while offering helpful financial guidance 
  • Educate members on digital tools to help them bank faster and smarter 
  • Open accounts, discuss loan options, and recommend products that support members’ financial wellbeing 
  • Help members navigate major milestones—first car, first apartment, family planning, and more 
  • Contribute to branch goals and celebrate team wins 
  • Represent Summit’s values through trust, empathy, and genuine service 

 What You’ll Bring 

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, or related higher education 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an NMLS number 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, positive presence 
  • Sound judgment and comfort solving daytoday member needs 
  • Ability to build rapport and proactively communicate with members and nonmembers 
  • High accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 
  • Solid math skills and the ability to learn more advanced financial concepts   
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk and sit, and use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 40 pounds.
