Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Direct or supervise one or more functional or administrative areas. Duties include identification, assigning, and leadership of project support personnel training, planning, and distribution of workload. Also includes coordination of office services, housekeeping, property management, and special project assignments. Reviews work of assigned staff to ensure that Procedural Document Structure is followed. Act in a predominantly supervisor capacity and may direct the work of both exempt and nonexempt employees in a non-supervisory capacity. May act as a Subcontract Technical Representative; coordinate all efforts of subcontracted personnel including budgeting, man hour accounting, and overseeing work accomplishment. May have input in the budgeting process for a training program. May also act in a supervisor role in the administration of a training program. Perform a wide variety of complex, advanced and diverse functions in direct support of administrative operations in the area, department, section, unit, or work group assigned. Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establish goals to meet objectives. Provide guidance to exempt and nonexempt employees. Provide guidance to less senior employees according to established policies and management guidance. Plan, prioritize, and coordinate work for others to meet unit or work deadlines. Establish and recommend changes to policies which affect subordinate employees/organizations. Provide centralized control of a program or process that supports operations. Interpret and communicate programmatic, technical, or process changes to personnel. Responsible for accuracy and applicability of procedures and policies that impact the day-to-day operations of the work group. Develop, implement, and conduct training for personnel and management impacted by assigned programmatic, technical, or support function. Mentor less-senior staff personnel. Assist the manager in the preparation, forecasting, and reporting of organization performance, budgets, manpower requirements, workload distribution, and the development of resource requirements.

Procedure personnel are responsible for the development of site-wide and company policies, procedures, and electronic rounds (eRounds) related to the operation and management of programs and facilities. They develop, analyze, and revise existing administrative processes and management controls including standard operating practices, procedures, eRounds, management systems, and documentation. They develop and/or coordinate improved policies, methods, procedures, eRounds, instructions, and forms to achieve greater operational efficiency, increase safety, and to ensure compliance with regulations. They work with subject matter experts to develop new procedures and incorporate changes to existing procedures.
