Hospitality Associate

·       Strong customer-service skills with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with patients, visitors, and team members.

·       Ability to accurately handle cash, meal tickets, charge cards, and payroll deductions.

·       Knowledge of basic cash management and balancing procedures.

·       Reliable, friendly, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

·       Adherence to HIPAA, safety procedures, and environment-of-care standards.

What You Will Do:

You will provide excellent hospitality service by accurately processing meal payments, assisting customers in the cafeteria, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

·       Greet customers in a pleasant, respectful manner and provide helpful, courteous service.

·       Process cash, charge, meal ticket, and payroll deduction payments accurately.

·       Calculate tray totals with 100% accuracy.

·       Balance cash register totals with currency at the end of each shift.

·       Set up menu boards to reflect the current menu.

·       Ensure food items are presented according to established standards.

·       Stock and arrange dishes, utensils, hot and cold foods, condiments, desserts, and beverages.

·       Replenish items throughout the shift as needed.

·       Maintain a clean and organized serving area and cafeteria.

·       Keep serving counters and equipment clean and presentable.

·       Perform all other duties as assigned.
