Job Summary:

The Retail Floater will be responsible for working in a variety of retail outlets to support the needs of multiple managers. The ideal candidate should be friendly, motivated, service-oriented, and have experience in sales. Flexibility is key as the candidate will be required to work with a variety of different merchandise. Must be able to work 2-4 shifts per week including holidays and either Saturdays or Sundays.


Responsibilities:

- Work in a variety of retail outlets to support the needs of multiple managers.

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any complaints in a timely and effective manner.

- Use knowledge of sales and merchandising to make recommendations to customers and increase sales.

- Maintain knowledge of product ranges, promotions and special offers in each retail outlet.

- Keep track of inventory, restocking as necessary.

- Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

- Participate in training and coaching programs to enhance knowledge and skills.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Previous experience in retail sales required.

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.

- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules and locations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
