Job Duties of Licensed Practical Nurse:

  • Schedule: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift -4hr/8hr/12hr shifts available
  • Personal care and supervision of CNA and STNA
  • Records all pertinent care and observations in patient record as directed by facility
  • Other duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • LPN License
  • Current CPR, TB, Physical
  • Clean background check and drug screen

Must be able to provide "hands on" patient care and written documentation of same as directed by the charge nurse at the respective facility.
