The Role
EF is searching for a Part-Time Summer Activity Leader. This is the perfect opportunity to boost your CV by gaining hands-on experience while working in an international and globally recognized company.
This is a part-time position (2 days per week), with most shifts typically taking place over the weekend, making it ideal for candidates looking to combine work with other commitments while gaining valuable professional experience.
You will work closely with the management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students. You will be responsible for the activity program within one of our schools and play a key role in shaping the overall customer experience.
You will be directly involved in delivering activities, ranging from small events for groups of 25 students to large-scale events with over 200 participants. You will help create safe, engaging, and fun experiences that allow students to connect with local culture while building friendships with their international peers.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with an energetic yet professional attitude.
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about Rome—not only geographically, but also in terms of its culture, history, and art.
Experience in the tourism sector or a tour guide license would be considered a plus.
