What You’ll Do:
- Assist with leasing, resident support, and file compliance
- Help process move-ins, recertifications, and notices
- Support rent collection, reporting, and office administration
- Coordinate maintenance requests and unit turns
- Provide professional, compassionate resident service
What You Bring:
- Property management or affordable housing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, or RD is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
