- Collect, manage, and maintain accurate student data in compliance with district and state requirements.
- Generate reports related to enrollment, attendance, scheduling, and academic progress.
- Coordinate October Count and End of Year data collection, verification, and submission to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and support student self-scheduling processes, ensuring appropriate course placement and credit tracking.
- Evaluate transcripts for transfer students, including credit analysis and graduation requirement alignment.
- Prepare and organize materials for pre-registration and registration processes.
- Coordinate student check-in procedures, including compiling enrollment packets and establishing process workflows.
- Maintain and secure grade reports, permanent records, cumulative files, transcripts, and student schedules in accordance with records retention policies.
- Collaborate with administration and counseling staff on master schedule development, class loads, section sizes, and room assignments.
- Build positive, solution-focused relationships with students, families, and staff to proactively address concerns and remove barriers to student success.
- Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), ongoing training, and required professional development.
- Apply new knowledge and best practices to continuously improve systems, processes, and student support structures.
- Coordinate and produce our Rose Ceremony and Graduation Ceremony (twice each year)
- Perform other duties as assigned to support school operations and student success.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Bilingual (preferred).
- Office Professional fluency will be determined through the interview process.
- Valid Colorado Driver's License.
- Current CPR and First Aid (or obtained within first six months of employment)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Site Registrar coordinates and manages all enrollment and registration processes for new and returning high school age students. This position oversees the collection, verification, maintenance, and reporting of official student records and academic data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with school, district and state requirements. The Registrar maintains established procedures related to enrollment, records transfers, and student information systems while fostering positive, collaborative relationships with students, families, staff, and community partners.

SALARY:
