What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a diverse production team, fostering trust, teamwork, and accountability.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Leads to maintain efficient daily operations and on-time production output.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and positive work environment for all employees.
• Support training, coaching, and development — helping employees grow their skills and careers.
• Monitor KPIs (quality, delivery, scrap, efficiency) and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to keep workflows smooth and productive.
• Communicate clearly with team members at all levels — especially our Khmer-speaking workforce.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Khmer to effectively lead, coach, and communicate with a large segment of our team.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership or production supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a people-first leadership mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement is a plus (but not required).
• A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
