Autumn ABA

Autumn ABA is actively hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA therapy services throughout Puerto Rico. We are seeking a clinician who is familiar with the local system, including Medicaid/ASES (Plan Vital), credentialing processes, and regulatory requirements such as ASSMCA, along with service delivery requirements specific to Puerto Rico.

This is a growing position with strong long-term potential, offering the opportunity to join an expanding agency and play a key role in developing ABA services across Puerto Rico. Immediate and ongoing clinical opportunities are available.

Position Overview:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs/behavior technicians
  • Deliver parent training and ensure high-quality, ethical care
  • Services may be provided in-home and/or via telehealth, depending on case needs

We are looking for a BCBA who can operate independently, understands the Puerto Rico system, and is comfortable working in a flexible, community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

  • Fluent in Spanish (required); English proficiency strongly preferred
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
  • Familiarity with Puerto Rico systems (ASES / Plan Vital / ASSMCA / local credentialing) strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

Candidates with direct experience working within Puerto Rico’s ABA regulatory and payer systems will be prioritized.

Preferred:

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Puerto Rico
(or willingness to obtain licensure—we can assist with the process)
  • Existing connections with local providers, schools, or referral sources

Schedule:

  • Flexible (part-time or full-time)
  • Cases available across the island
  • Afternoon, evening, and/or weekend availability may be needed based on client demand
