Key Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Installation: Perform high-quality windshield and auto glass replacements, consistently completing 6+ installs per day.
• Versatile Environments: Execute precise installations across different settings, handling both high-volume dealership lots and mobile customer locations.
• Modern Tech Integration: Perform accurate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibrations for all vehicle makes and models.
• Administrative Accuracy: Utilize Glass Biller software daily to manage work orders, update job statuses, and complete required documentation.
• Customer Service: Represent the company professionally while on mobile routes, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Auto Glass Installer (ability to hit the ground running).
• Experience with ADAS calibrations is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record (required for mobile dispatch).
• Familiarity with Glass Biller software is a major plus.
• Ability to lift heavy glass and stand for extended periods.
• Strong time-management skills and self-motivation.
