Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) (On-site or Telehealth)

A well-established outpatient mental health practice in Lower Westchester, NY is seeking a Spanish-speaking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our collaborative clinical team. While we maintain a strong in-person presence, we welcome candidates who prefer to work remotely in a telehealth capacity. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

About the Role:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan, with a primary focus on adults and older adults.
Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other clinicians to develop integrated treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Flexible scheduling with telehealth-based care as a primary or hybrid option - no on-call requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.

Requirements

Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
Active New York State license and DEA registration.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care.
