Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team serving Allegheny County and Westmoreland County, PA.

Our CNAs play a vital role in providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to patients and their families during an important stage of life. The Hospice CNA works closely with our interdisciplinary hospice team to support patients with personal care and daily needs.

Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care to hospice patients including bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Assist patients with mobility and activities of daily living
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Provide emotional support and compassionate presence to patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation according to hospice standards

Qualifications:
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to travel throughout Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties
• Hospice or home health experience preferred but not required
