Job Description

LEGAL ASSOCIATE - GLOBAL NETWORK MANAGEMENT GROUP

Core Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain existing and established global network of Third Party Service Providers (TPSPs).
  • Provide support to BPN officers on daily matters involving respective jurisdictional assignments
  • Provide the GSGS client servicing teams and other Citco lines of business with accurate and timely information in relation to Service Agreements and/or cooperation with the TPSPs any relevant updates or changes of the TPSPs.
  • Ensures proper documentation of TPSP transactions (i.e. Renaming and uploading Agreements and other important information into the SharePoint and updating of BPN databases)
  • Proper and timely escalation of relevant issues and/or concerns (i.e. financial risk, reputational risk etc.).
  • Follow existing work standards and procedures and properly use internal/external systems.
  • Administer pricing calculations to existing GSGS clients

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Understand circumstances surrounding a concern or issue from direct stakeholders and assist BPN officers in resolving TPSP-related issues and concerns (i.e. fees, SLA, complaints, confidentiality issues etc.).
  • Assist in conducting market research of potential TPSPs, gather relevant information on the jurisdiction’s government, economy, legal system and such other data that will be used as basis for sound selection of TPSPs
  • Assists in performing due diligence of potential TPSPs, such as preparation of KYC checklist/form
  • Administer ad hoc matters involving the TPSPs.
  • Collate and provide relevant periodic reports as may be required

Support Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to GSGS RFP team for pricing related inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with the Support Analyst and Librarian in documenting important information into the SharePoint or such other System that may be developed by the Group in the future.
  • Ensure the data integrity, security and continuous improvement of the GSGS fees database.
  • Store/save all relevant correspondences in the Group’s shared drive and/or Sharepoint.

Work schedule: 2PM to 11PM
