As an Assessment Psychologist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as Ellie Mental Health, you will provide psychological assessments, evaluations and testing to diagnose and provide treatment recommendations for clients either through private pay or insurance. You will also provide comprehensive feedback sessions to discuss findings, diagnosis, and treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments to adults by administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests/assessments.
  • Completion of 4+ assessments per week in order to maintain full-time status with a two-week completion time from the initial visit.
  • Interact with clients to assist them in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, or vocational development.
  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessment reports and feedback sessions that communicate findings, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations to clients and their families.
  • Refer clients to specialists, institutions, and/or support services as necessary.
  • Participate in psychologist consult group twice per month.
  • Provide consultation services to referring therapists or med management providers. 

 

Requirements:

  • Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program.
  • Minnesota Licensed Psychologist (LP) licensure.
  • Psychological assessment experience is required and experience with adult ASD and ADHD testing is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients and maintain strict confidentiality when handling client information.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems. 

Summary

Compensation: Total earnings for this position will range from $100,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on compensation model selected, full-time or part-time status, number of client sessions per week, licensure, experience, and average reimbursement rate.
