Must Haves:
- Confident closer with strong phone & sales skills.
- Passion for fitness and wellness.
- Personal Certification.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to close and hit goals.
- Natural leadership and people management ability.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently.
- Solid computer and typing skills.
- Loves to clean, organize, and maintain a professional space.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Social media savvy.
- Attention to detail.
- Must live nearby and have reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills

What You’ll Do:
- Convert leads into memberships.
- Conduct studio tours and VIP sessions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain pipeline.
- Build relationships with members and guests.
- Represent the HOTWORX brand with energy and professionalism.
- Help drive studio growth and community engagement.
