Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to a collaborative manufacturing environment? UTEX is looking for a reliable and motivated Shipping Clerk to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

As a Shipping Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are assembled and shipped with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:

·         Move materials using lift trucks, hand trucks, and other equipment

·         Package, wrap, and prepare products for shipment

·         Receive and check incoming shipments for accuracy or damage

·         Help ship finished products and receive materials used in production

·         Schedule pickups with shipping carriers as instructed

·         Use computers to enter and track shipping and inventory information

·         Keep shipping supplies stocked and organized

·         Report damaged materials or safety concerns to a supervisor

·         Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized

·         Follow all company safety rules and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to use measuring tools and basic computer programs
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; and stoop
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols
• Preferred: Forklift experience

Work Environment:

You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
