We’re hiring Crisis Technicians to provide behavioral support, daily skill-building, and crisis intervention to individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and co-occurring behavioral or psychiatric needs.
Pay & Incentives

What You’ll Do
-
Support individuals with daily living skills (hygiene, cooking, cleaning, shopping)
-
Teach and reinforce coping skills to manage challenging behaviors
-
Use verbal de-escalation/redirection to maintain safety
-
Observe behaviors and follow individualized behavior support plans
-
Work hands-on in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Who We’re Looking For
-
18+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent
-
At least 3 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
-
Knowledge of ABA, autism, or behavioral support, or willingness to learn
-
Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and ability to obtain a Class E license
-
Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
-
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills

Weekday/daytime availability required for first 2 weeks of training.
