Location: Fairmont Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center – 130 Kaufman Dr, Fairmont, WV 26554
Shifts Available: Full-Time

Your Role:

  • Facilitate fun, engaging, and therapeutic activities that promote well-being, relaxation, and joy

  • Support the Activity Director in assessing, selecting, planning, and executing activities tailored to residents’ interests and care plans

  • Prepare and distribute activity calendars and communication materials

  • Maintain positive relationships with residents and families while generating enthusiasm for participation

  • Document resident activities and complete other duties as assigned by management

Who We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of job-related experience (preferably in long-term care). Have other relevant experience? We want to hear from you! 

  • Creative, enthusiastic, and reliable team player who enjoys working with seniors

  • Motivated self-starter who can inspire residents to engage

  • Passionate about contributing to a team that values individualized care and meaningful connection
