Red River Brick is the premiere brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S. Drawing its name from the Red River of the South, Red River Brick includes eight production sites across key brick markets in Texas and Oklahoma, with more than 70 unique residential and commercial design offerings distributed through eight direct retail centers. We are seeking a Forklift Operator for our Round Rock, TX sales and distribution center.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load/ unload trucks and trailers safety and accurately.
• Package products and prepare shipments.
• Maintain warehouse and yard organization and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Operate forklift and handle materials per FIFO standards.
• Perform general labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification and recent experience required.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Bilingual (English/ Spanish) a plus.
• Knowledge of the stucco/ masonry industry a plus.

SKILLS:

• Physically able to lift, bend, push, and stand for long periods.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to follow verbal/ written instructions and company polices.
• Professional, safety-focused, and self-motivated.
• Flexible schedule availability, including varying weather conditions.
