• Assist in operating the blown film extrusion line as per SOP and production plan.


• Support machine setup, die, air ring, IBC, screen changer and winder operation.


• Monitor film quality (gauge, width, appearance) and report deviations immediately.


• Help in raw material loading, mixing and changeover activities.


• Maintain housekeeping, safety practices and assist in basic troubleshooting and maintenance.


• Ensure 5’S & EHS program implemented on the shop floor.
  


• Minimize rejection, Increase in productivity and efficiency at micro level.
