Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible to provide onsite management and coordination of the installation team on Stiles projects.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Independent onsite management of projects

Management and coordination of the installation team

Fulfillment of the contractually agreed installation terms

Instructing the installation team in product-specific features

Oversee subcontractors on the project site

Coordinate with Project Manager on project milestones

Problem-solve and drive resolution of any installation issues

Recording and tracking of quality and defects

Budget responsibility for project site activities

Leading internal installation meetings and meetings with suppliers and customers

Documentation of processes and progress in weekly reports

Responsible for supplier management to additional/reduced cost management for the installation scopes

Ensure all compliance and safety protocols are in place and being adhered to

 

 

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical education including, but not limited to: master craftsman, mechatronics, electrical engineering or equivalent

Experience as a site manager for complex machines and systems, preferred

Extensive knowledge of MS Office programs

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Willingness to travel domestically / internationally
