We Are Hiring Medicaid Enrollment Supervisor:

Location: White River Junction, Vermont, 72 South Main Street
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

About the role:

The role of the Medicaid Enrollment Supervisor is to oversee the technical / procedure-based aspects of the enrollment team and provide training, support, and supervision to the team. The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the enrollment team and for providing directions. The supervisor will work closely with other departments at ARIS such as Client Support, Data Entry and EVV to ensure everything the enrollment team does is properly communicated to all necessary team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Supervise, coach, train, and support Medicaid Enrollment team staff

·         Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team environment

·         Understanding of the enrollment process for employees and employers based on state specific or program specific rules.

·         Oversee and document all enrollment processes to ensure staff have an up-to-date resource when encountering issues or questions.

·         Maintain active role as a liaison with FMS and agency contacts,

·         Ensure high level of program integrity, through implementation and oversight of quality assurance measures.

·         Assist Client Support personnel with research regarding enrollments and budget related questions.

·         Knowledgeable in FMS software and payroll platforms and understand how information is passed from one to another.

·         Partner with leadership to implement strategies that meet overall division and organization goals; provide support to other ARIS Solutions staff, as needed

·         Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

·         Assist Director, when needed, in managing FMS programs, which includes strategic planning, business process redesign and implementation, policy redesign, implementation of new initiatives, and analysis of business functions.

·         Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications: 

·         Associate's degree, Bachelors’ Degree Preferred, or an equivalent level of experience in which similar knowledge and skills are obtained

·         5+ years of onboarding paperwork processing experience preferred

·         Data Entry or Payroll Processing Experience

·         Strong u proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (including Windows, Outlook and Excel.

·         Supervisory Experience Preferred

·         Excellent organization and time-management skills.

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Ability to adapt to customized software system and work across multiple software platforms

·         Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting guidelines and deadlines

·          Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and situations.

·         Sound decision-making abilities.

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

·         Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Summary

Physical demands/Working Conditions:

·         Predominately sedentary office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required.
