Bill Jacobs MINI offers an aggressive compensation plan with a bi-weekly salary, competitive commission, and unit bonuses.
Previous automotive sales experience is not required. We offer paid training and will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed.

What you'll be doing
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Build relationships. You are responsible for creating customers for life.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.

Prior sales experience in any industry is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Easily builds relationships with our loyal and potential clients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve.
- Computer proficient.
- Desire to work as part of a team.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Valid driver’s license and meet insurability standards.
Nice-to-haves:
Previous automotive sales experience.
