In one sentence

We are seeking a Telecom Solution Architect with deep expertise in mobile networks (Core & RAN) and experience working within an SDLC environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong telecom knowledge with solution design skills, collaborating with R&D and guiding product evolution. You will work closely with presales, product management, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.

What will your job look like?

Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:

• Act as a technical authority and product owner/Business Analyst, defining functional and technical requirements for OSS/Autonomous Network solutions within SDLC frameworks.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into actionable designs and ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and support presales teams in crafting responses.
• Define PoC success criteria and support evaluation processes with partners and engineering teams.
• Provide input for service estimation and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Offer feedback to Product Management for roadmap improvements.
• Translate High level Solution requirements to Detailed Solution Designs that serves as input for development teams
• Design, Lead and Implement Network lab defining end to end network setup required for autonomous network demonstrations. Also define key use cases to be implemented for creating compelling POC and Demos.

External Customer Facing Responsibilities:

• Present product functionality to Customer Technical teams and articulate how it addresses technical and business challenges.
• Conduct product demonstrations at customer meetings, conferences, and seminars.
• Serve as Amdocs subject matter expert for network-related aspects including orchestration, inventory, and assurance across fixed-line and transport networks.
• Conduct Scoping and Solutioning Workshops with end customers and capture clearly the High-Level Solution requirements.
• Translate High level Solution requirements to Detailed Solution Designs.

All you need is...

• 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in solution architecture, presales, or OSS delivery.
• Strong expertise in mobile networks, including Mobile Core and RAN.
• Experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst, defining requirements and working with Agile teams.
• Hands-on exposure to OSS platforms:
  
  • Network Automation & Orchestration
  • Service Assurance
  • Inventory systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to deliver demos and engage customers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of OSS ecosystem and vendors (Amdocs, Ericsson, NetCracker, Nokia, Oracle).
• Familiarity with TMF/MEF/ETSI/3GPP frameworks.
• Experience creating Solution Requirement Documents.
• Prior work with global NEPs (Nokia, Ericsson etc).
• IP networking knowledge (MPLS, VPNs, QoS) as a good-to-have skill.
• IMS knowledge as an add-on.
• Multilingual proficiency.
