Fulltime position. Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling of all On-Premise Commodities. Must be able to travel throughout territories with Sales Representatives for the purpose of providing guidance on accounts & maintaining customer relationships. Must ensure product representation and good customer service
Position Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Management of all sales representatives’ quotas, goals, targets, and performance.
- Monitor new product and priority item sales and performance.
- Keep sales representatives abreast of current pricing and deals, monitor and control representatives’ discounting and manual overrides.
- Regularly evaluating performance and making adjustments when and where problems exist.
- Riding with all salespeople and discussing their individual performance on that day (minimum of 3 days per week is suggested).
- Implementation of Corporate and State/National Programs.
- Develop and maintain professional and working relationships with Triple, Double & Single A and B accounts on the team.
- Continual self education and knowledge of new and existing products in the company portfolio and competitive portfolios.
- Involved in all aspects of new accounts (presentations, deals and relationships, etc).
- Accurately reviewing all bonus paperwork before approvals from Area Sales Managers.
- Responsible for reviewing notebooks, file systems and organizational skills of sales representative’s complete account listing and territories.
- Attend all sales meetings promptly and with enthusiasm.
- Achieve all sales goals and quotas.

- Carry out all phases of job responsibilities as directed by General Sales Manager
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- 3 years minimum outside sales experience in the beverage industry (wholesale, supplier, restaurant or hotel experience preferred).
- Previous supervisory/management experience required.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications (work, outlook, Excel …).
- College degree preferred, however High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, mathematical, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a rapidly changing, fast growth environment.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Must possess valid AL Drivers license.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to maintain 100/300/100 insurance limitations.
- Must be licensable under the guidelines determined by state alcohol regulations
- Background Checks (i.e. Police backgrounds, reference checks…)
- Motor Vehicle Record will be pulled to establish employment eligibility
- Cannot have more than two (2): moving violations and/or at-fault vehicle accidents (any combination) in the past three (3) years. (for speeding, violations must be under 16mph)..
- Cannot have more than one (1): speeding violation of 16-29 mph OR at-fault accident in the past three (3) years.
Cannot have a major violation such as: DUI/DWI, hit-and-run, reckless driving, and/or super speeder (29+mph) violation in the past five (5) years.

- This job is very demanding, hours fluctuate, there will be late nights involved, visiting accounts and spending time with sales reps during ride-withs and promotions.
