| Primary Duties and Responsibilities: | This position greets and assists patients and others as they enter and leave Health Services at the front desk of the clinic, providing exceptional customer service to all patients and other customers which may include university faculty, staff, administrators as well as students, parents, prospective students and parents and community. Supports other Health Services office functions as assigned.

| Required Education | High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. |
| Required Experience | Up to 1 year office or customer service experience required; one to three years preferred. Medical or allied health experience preferred. Strong computer skills, specifically working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), with the ability to adapt to new systems preferred. |
