Adv. Logistics Specialist

Location Xiamen, China

YOUR TASKS

  • Responsible for overall maintenance of customer demands/call offs accuracy in SAP system
  • Responsible for the mater data maintenance accuracy and check regularly.
  • Continuously coordinate with sales, operations and customers to keep demand plan up to date at high complexity plant operations.
  • To monitor plan fulfillment on daily basis
  • Coordinate between customer and internal cross-function and support to fulfill customer demand.
  • Analyze FG inventory levels and quality &drive cross functional inventory action plan.
  • Identify long term and short-term marketing performance and proactivity of risky estimation of demand.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Team leader or management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • College degree or above.
  • Fluent English in oral and written.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, good command of Excel and other office tools
  • SAP experience is preferable.
  • Good team-work spirit and good communication skills.
  • Good at analysis.
  • Overall vision but also detail oriented, strong self-learning skill.
  • Be able to work under-pressure.
