Electronic Shift Leader
Qualifications
- Technical degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
- Experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT / PCB assembly)
- Good knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety rules
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions during the shift
- Basic knowledge of production reporting systems (Excel, ERP/SAP)
Responsibilities
- Supervise the production team during the shift
- Ensure production targets, quality, and delivery deadlines are met
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance if issues occur
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
- Organize manpower and assign tasks to operators
- Report production results and issues to management
