Tosoh Quartz is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant who will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting operations of our company. This is a great opportunity for a results driven individual looking to grow their skills and career.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all bank and lease reconciliations
- Provide standard and ad hoc reporting support
- Assist with month-end close
- Support cost accounting activities as needed
- Sales tax reconciliation and tax rate maintenance
- Partner with business leaders/cost center owners to review monthly performance, develop monthly rolling plan, annual budget, forecast and estimate
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Document and update accounting processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, look ups, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems
- Quick learner and able to work collaboratively and independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing organization
- IFS ERP experience
- Ability to build and maintain financial models
- Knowledge of standard costing
