Overview:

This is an instructional paraprofessional position who will work with children in various campus settings under the supervision of a teacher.

Qualification:
Education/Certification:

• Associates degree or at least 48 hours of college coursework completed (an unofficial college transcript will be required prior to hiring)
• Valid Texas educational aide certificate

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of general office equipment
• Some college hours in core subject area preferred

Experience:

• Some experience working with children
• Bilingual speaker preferred

Salary:  
Starting Salary Range: $23,263 - $29,112 (2025/2026 Compensation Plan)
Work Calendar:  187 days + additional ADSY (Additional Day School Year) days

• Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
• Salary will be adjusted to the start date.
• Stipends include additional days during the ADSY program academic year as outlined in the stipend agreement.
