About the Role:
The Senior Operations Analyst is responsible for meeting the daily deliverables of the client’s Service Level Agreement. He/she will require a comprehensive understanding of trading, positions and cash reconciliation processes with prime brokers and counterparties. The successful candidate will have the ability to follow processes and have a fundamental understanding of complex financial instruments.
Job Duties in Brief:

Production of daily operational deliverables in line with client service level agreements.

Preparing daily trades, position and cash reconciliation

Break resolution for all open items with the brokers or clients

Updating Security Master File information
-
Review ofOver the Counter (OTC) master agreements and confirmations

Support the conversion of any new clients and existing migrations
-
Work with P&L Specialists on any opens issues per client
-
Work with other Citco Offices and Operations Support to resolve any open issues.

Assist in verifying test results for all in house system enhancements

Verify Security Master set up to ensure proper P&L capture and risk management reporting

Assist operations staff to resolve day-to-day issues
-
Review and coaching of junior staff

Support other business units during peak periods

Perform work on shifts, inclusive of gazette Public Holidays in Singapore where required
About You:

Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business or economics
-
Min 2 - 3 Years in Financial Services with an exposure to P&L Reporting or Operations processing an asset

Financial instruments product knowledge; Global Markets, OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc)

**Please note that the working hours are: Monday- Friday; 7am- 3.30pm/9am- 5.30pm/ 10.30am- 7pm/ 11.30am- 8pm/ 1.30pm- 10pm/ 3.30pm- 12am.However, there might be changes in shift timing during your employment, due to business needs. If you are working on 1.30pm-10pm/ 3.30pm-12am shift, there will be monthly shift allowance, and one-way taxi vouchers via car-pooling.
*** Employee is also required to work on Singapore’s public holidays, and the public holidays will be credited into his/her annual leave entitlement.
