YOUR TASKS

• Cost center planning and controlling, ensure KPI target achievement. 
     负责成本中心的预算及控制，确保公司绩效目标的达成。
• Set up SAP standard hourly rate and monitor variance with actual, setup
  reporting rate target for efficiency control.
     设置成本中心标准费率，分析控制差异；设置人员效率目标，并监督达成率。
• Check and release Ge-fit ideas (include PPI、Boni、Redtc) to dig out concrete measures for continuous improvement on KPI.
    审核并通过各个部门提出的改善措施，包括材料降价、设计变更、费用优化，帮助经营指标持续改善。
• Headcount planning in annual budget & monthly and quarterly forecast,
  ensure labor efficiency target achieved.
      负责蓝领员工数量预测,确保员工效率目标达成。

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree,
  5 years or above financial analysis/ costing experience in manufacturing
  industry;
  本科以上学历，5年以上制造企业财务分析或成本控制相关经验；
• Fluent
  English, both reading and writing, nice to have speaking.
  良好的英语读写能力，能英语听说的优先
• Good at SAP and Microsoft
  office, especially in excel.
  熟练使用SAP和office办公软件，特别是excel
  Preferred: ACCA 、CPA or relevant.
