What Does This Opportunity Mean To You





  • Understand aspirations, interests and background of students; Conduct detailed profile assessment of students interested in studying at the International Universities

  • Provides an advice to both students and parents regarding courses, universities/colleges in various countries, admission requirements, fee structure, scholarships etc., and assist in shortlisting courses and universities that fit the student’s profile

  • Responsible for completing the application process for the student with the universities / colleges for thier offers acceptances by virtue of fees payments . Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, as may be required, for timely submission and follow-up for solid conversions for timely enrollments.

  • Assist students and parents with the process for arranging travel and finances as per destination's client's compliance as may be required.

  • Advise students and parents in resolving their queries and other problems, that may arise in the application and joining process

  • Responsible for maintaining and reporting with all conciled information / leads and updated pipeline systems of all peer reporting counseling team members , as required to Country Manager and Management on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to fulfill management annual visa grants targets .

  • Mentoring peer team weekly / fortnightly by conducting pipeline meetings to know and mitigate peer team issues to achieve committed targets of individual reporting team.




Skills and Attributes Required





  • 7-8 years of Team Lead experience in a similar industry.

  • Vast knowledge of multiple destinations such as Australia, USA, Canada and the UK with an outstanding track record of visa grants.

  • Excellent organisational skills to deliver reports and feedback from all marketing initiatives in a timely and informative manner

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal

  • Demonstrated team player

  • Possess competent knowledge of relevant computer skills
