The Research Assistant I will provide support to the Aerophysics Research lab.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Perform research and contracted RDT&E efforts with relevant engineering hardware,
software, and manufacturing tools
• Support the assembly, operation and maintenance of specialized
launcher systems
• Work testing, inventory management and environmental tasks as assigned
• Responsible to assisting with technical and progress reports / summaries
as required by contracted efforts
Minimum Requirements:
• College coursework preferably in Science, Engineering, Physics, or Business
• Must have moderate technical knowledge
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
• Some engineering coursework is preferred.
• 1+ year work/co-op experience

$35,776 - $40,000 ($17.20-$19.23) / hour
