Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage complex enterprise systems and infrastructure
- Lead system architecture, capacity planning, and performance optimization efforts
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and related software
- Ensure system availability, reliability, security, and disaster recovery readiness
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they impact operations
- Lead incident response efforts for critical system outages or security events
- Develop and enforce system administration policies, procedures, and standards
- Automate system processes and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
- Collaborate with network, security, and application teams on infrastructure initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level system administrators
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve infrastructure and operations
- Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
Requirements
Minimum requirement: Bachelors degree and 8+ years of experience
