Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with English Learner authorization (or equivalent) and one of the following:
- Early Childhood Education units (24)
- Professional experience with preschool age children
- Child Development Teacher permit issued by CTC

Reflects maximum of 9 years credit given for placement on Certificated Salary Schedule
