Pay

Base pay determined by education and experience.

Performance bonuses available up to an additional $2.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans for infants and toddlers
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
Document children’s learning through photos, displays, and classroom materials
Maintain positive daily communication with families
Ensure compliance with childcare licensing standards
Plan and implement curriculum aligned with Discovery Kidzone philosophy
Post and maintain weekly lesson plans
Collaborate with staff to maintain classroom organization and materials

Qualifications

Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred
AA in Early Childhood Education preferred or willingness to obtain a CDA within 6 months
Leadership experience is a plus
Ability to pass FBI, DOJ, and Child Abuse background checks
