Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Stryker Engineering to include the following:
- Conduct financial analysis including variance analysis, cost impact, and identification of risks and opportunities
- Prepare monthly forecasts of orders, sales, earnings, and cash
- Prepare annual operating plan
- Consolidate and report financial information
- Earned Value Management
- Perform Contracts in Process (CIP) analysis
- Support internal and external financial deliverables
- Assist in preparation and review of cost proposals
- Support program team by supplying financial information, analysis, and recommendations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred
- Detail oriented, strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel analysis skills
- Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, Cobra preferred
