Location: Washington, DC / Remote Position

Description:

Metric5 is looking for a motivated PeopleSoft Program Analyst with strong Tier support and PeopleSoft expertise. You will be working in Agile environment on a COTS (PeopleSoft) product.

As a PeopleSoft Program Analyst, you will serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring efficient resolution of functional issues, accurate system configuration, and high-quality user support across enterprise application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Tier-1 and SME teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier-2 functional issues and user inquiries related to PeopleSoft HRConnect
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and solutions
  • Document functional requirements, issue root causes, resolutions, and system changes
  • Assist with system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
  • Support end users through issue resolution, guidance, and functional best practices
  • Escalate complex or critical issues to Functional Leads or Technical Leads as needed
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, documentation practices, and change management processes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of Tier support
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM
  • Technical understanding to connect technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams
  • Experience in issue tracking, testing coordination, and functional documentation
  • Experience in Agile teams
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Working knowledge and documented experience using requirements management tools such as JIRA and ClearQuest

Education: Bachelors degree

Location: Remote/Washington, DC

Years of Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Clearance: Must be a United States Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance for this government position.
