The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for

every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive

environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service

recommendations.

Job Description:

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

● Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.

● Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.

● Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.

● Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

● Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on

hand.

● Assist in all in store operational processes.

● Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

● Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

● Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

● Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure

board compliance at all times.

● Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Experience

● Guest Service Experience (1 year)

● Sales and Marketing Experience

● Preferred Salon Experience

Job Type: Part Time, Full Time

Education: Highschool, or equivalent
