To learn, understand and perform the procedures necessary to correctly package, label and ship quality medical devices.
- Read and understand specifications for product being labeled and shipped.
- Fabricate labeling through various computer functions.
- Perform various computer functions including vendor computer systems for shipping products.
- Complete various vendor shipping documents.
- Keep an organized and correct Finished Goods area.
- Communicate with shipping vendors to schedule pick-ups and / or deliveries.
- Provide training of personnel.
- Keep work area clean.
- Perform periodic inventories.
- Provide input to supervisor / manager to improve department operation and efficiency.
- Identify and report possible corrective actions and preventative actions.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform routine maintenance on certain equipment, or notify leadership of needed maintenance.
- Assist in creating labeling for new and improved products in production.
- Works independently, and as a team member referring questions and problems to the department manager.
- Extreme confidentiality with all accessible information.
- Responsible for the labeling and packaging of quality products in a timely manner.
- Responsible for shipping the correct product to the correct customer.
- Positive representation of the company to the outside world with frequent contact with shipping vendors.
- Responsible for compliance to company's Quality Policy Manual.
- Responsible for compliance to company's safety policies.
- Ability to get along with others.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must pass a post-offer physical exam and drug screen.
- Ability to read, write and understand product documentation written in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good judgment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to frequently lift a minimum of 30 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
• Majority of time spent standing.
• Majority of day spent in clean, climate controlled area requiring use of safety glasses.
• Ability to maneuver pallet jack and pallet stacker.
• Limited exposure to hazardous chemicals used in manufacturing products.
