Job Summary:
Coordinates & has responsibility for the Girls on the Run program hosted by MMH in the surrounding communities. Understands & adheres to National GOTR program policies & procedures. Designated main contact for the GOTR program. Manages all volunteers associated with the program. Tracking CHNA & program outcomes, compliance reporting, & scheduling.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains current knowledge of community benefit reporting standards & regulations.
- Responsible for data collection & reporting of CB measures into CBISA.
- Reviews documentation which includes regular reporting audits & follow up.
- Develop, maintain & revise policies & procedures.
- Assist with CHNA development, implementation, evaluation, reporting & related focus groups.
- Investigate opportunities to address needs & support initiatives identified in CHNA within MMH resources (including financial (program funding & grants) & talent).
- Monitor trends & provides feedback to Director related to program development opportunities (making recommendations on new programs or discontinuing an existing program that no longer meets a need).
- Evaluate program impact & reassess objectives & outcomes, planning for continuous improvement.
- Track data by CHNA identified needs.
- Assist with making changes in workflows to improve efforts.
- Monitor & compare MMH to national & state benchmarks.
- Monthly emails to key reporters internally.
- Attends community meetings as an MMH representative.
- Communicates & keeps leadership up to date.
- Willing to accept new assignments; demonstrates flexibility with schedule.
- Assists with health equity team efforts.
- Manages tracking & reporting of SDOH.
- Coordinates the medication disposal program with the Batesville police.
- Assists with the coordination of walks (Hospice, Suicide).
- Checks, monitors, & adjusts daily schedule as needed.
- Schedules assessments & follow up appointments.
- Checks for missing charges on encounters.
- Maintains up to date records & reports.
- Obtains consents as needed for service provided.
- Scans forms into EHR.
- Keeps data files up to date & accurate.
- Monitors & compares MMH to national & state benchmarks.
- Sends monthly internal emails to key reporters for CB.
- Attends community meetings as an MMH representative.
- Maintains inventory to include checking for expirations, ordering, & inventory (sharps, tube feedings & supplements, drug kits, office supplies, testing kits, educational materials)
- Prepares educational packets.
- Inputs maintenance requests.
- Maintains equipment (clean, safe & in working order) including calibration.
- Supports community health programs as needed including, but not limited, to health fairs, speaking services, corporate wellness, school health & community programs.
- Provides input to program, event & processes to ensure efficient services.
- Serves on MMH teams to improve hospital services, efforts, or processes.
- Collaborates & coordinates program per GOTRI program requirements, following current curriculum & program delivery.
- Meets with key leaders within each school regarding the program, program promotion, confirming each session site & recruitment of students as well as start of program details.
- Communicates with school leaders including teachers & counselors, as well as parents/guardians.
- Collaborates with MMH Marketing for program materials; maintains & orders supplies.
- Submits check requests in a timely manner, staying within or below annual operating budget.
- Utilizes software as designated by GOTRI to maintain databases of volunteers & track participation.
- Reviews policy manual annually.
- Establishes an advisory committee with at least five members & meets at least two times a year.
- Coordinates supply boxes for coaches & makes supplies available for each team.
- Recruits & retains volunteers; trains volunteers to deliver program as outlined by GOTRI.
- Manages volunteer concerns & addresses issues quickly.
- Is available to coaches & has at least one site visit per team annually.
- Completes accurate reports for MMH Community Benefit & for GOTR National reporting requirements.
- Collaborates with MMH Foundation to secure sponsors.
- Coordinates & promotes Unstoppable fund-raising campaign or other individual based fundraising efforts.
- Initiates requests for GOTR funds from the Foundation as appropriate & as supported by the organization.
- Maintains up to date website information for both MMH & GOTRI.
- Manages incoming & outgoing mail, email, & voice mail, responding in a timely, professional, customer sensitive manner.
- Other duties as assigned or delegated.

Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent majoring in Business, Health, Public Health, Education or Fitness preferred
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience is required
- CPR certified
- Must have valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent use of hands, walking, sitting, standing, talking
Occasionally may have to lift up to 25 - 50 lbs
