Position Overview:
The Reset Project Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks, including store resets, remodels, reading and implementing planograms, and cleaning and organizing products, shelves, pegs, and tags. Essential Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand and follow all components of planograms including terminology
- Execute resets in stores according to provided instructions and schematics
- Clean and adjust shelves, base decks, top rails, and pegboards per planogram specifications
- Install or replace new product labels where necessary
- Communicates information clearly and accurately, in both verbal and written form, in a positive manner, productive and professional manner
- Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be willing to complete pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and Customer specific Certification program for certain projects when necessary
- Proven ability to work in solo and team environments is required, where team-orientated, highly motivated, and self-driven individuals are preferred
- Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Reset or Retail experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Effective customer relations skills
- Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred
- Prior teamwork experience in an inventory and/or warehouse setting preferred
Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, as well as frequent standing; the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. Frequent travel may be required via plane or automobile, including overnight stays.
