Pay: $75,000 – $150,000+ per year (Base + Commission)
Full-Time | High-Earning Potential | Established Book Preferred

Performance Ford Truck Country is growing and looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Executive to join our Ford Pro Elite team. This is a B2B-focused role working with commercial clients, contractors, and businesses to deliver customized fleet solutions.

If you have a proven track record in fleet or commercial vehicle sales, an existing book of business, and thrive in a high-performance environment—this is your opportunity to take your income and career to the next level.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with commercial and fleet clients (B2B sales)
  • Identify customer needs and recommend truck, van, and fleet solutions
  • Present vehicle specs, upfits, financing, and total cost of ownership
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Maintain and grow your sales pipeline through outbound efforts and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and documentation
  • Follow up post-sale to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Stay current on Ford Pro products, fleet programs, and market trends

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • REQUIRED: Previous Fleet or Commercial Sales experience
  • Proven book of business and repeat clientele
  • Automotive dealership sales experience preferred
  • Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Ford Pro / commercial trucks & vans
  • Knowledge of upfitting, financing, or fleet management
  • Multilingual abilities
