VPK Lead Teacher

Join us in providing exceptional, community-focused early childhood education where every child learns, grows, and thrives. As a VPK Lead Teacher, you’ll guide preschoolers through their final step before kindergarten—building confidence, curiosity, and school readiness.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging VPK curriculum that prepares children for kindergarten success.

  • Use CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) practices to foster meaningful interactions.

  • Plan and lead activities that promote academic and social-emotional growth.

  • Ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment with structured daily routines.

  • Partner with families and mentor junior team members to support every child’s journey.

What You Bring

  • CDA Credential (required).

  • Florida Staff Credential (required).

  • Completion of VPK Instructor Courses (required).

  • Having Degree in ECE is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CLASS.

  • 1–2 years of classroom teaching experience.

  • Passion, leadership, and a collaborative spirit.
