Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and mature Account Director with a strong background in SLED/FED (State, Local, Education, and Federal) staffing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large delivery teams for MSP-driven and direct agency clients across the U.S. Public Sector.
This role demands exceptional leadership, client engagement, and operational control to ensure consistent delivery excellence and compliance across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Delivery Management
· Oversee end-to-end staffing delivery for SLED/FED public-sector clients through MSPs and direct agency partnerships.
· Serve as the primary offshore delivery owner, ensuring all performance metrics and SLAs are achieved.
· Maintain strong relationships with MSP program managers, onshore account directors, and end clients.
· Ensure high-quality submittals, strong interview-to-hire ratios, and timely onboarding.
· Drive process alignment, reporting cadence, and performance governance with client stakeholders.
Team Leadership
· Lead and inspire a delivery team of 35-50 recruiters, leads, and account managers across multiple verticals (IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, Engineering, and Administrative).
· Implement structured training, mentoring, and KPI-driven performance management.
· Create a high-accountability, transparent, and collaborative delivery culture.
Operational & Strategic Leadership
· Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities, new requisition categories, and process automation possibilities.
· Leverage tools such as Beeline, Fieldglass, Coupa, PeopleFluent, and SAP Ariba, and internal systems like JobDiva, Ceipal, and JobTwine.
· Participate in RFP/RFI support, new client transitions, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with leadership.
Performance & Analytics
· Track, analyze, and improve submittal-to-hire ratios, fill rates, and recruiter productivity.
· Ensure high accuracy in reporting, data hygiene, and SLA compliance.
· Manage gross margin control, pay-to-bill alignment, and optimize delivery efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 9+ years of experience in U.S. staffing/recruitment, with at least 3–5 years focused on SLED/FED or public-sector clients.
· Proven expertise working through MSPs and directly with client agencies.
· Demonstrated success in managing large offshore delivery teams (35-50 headcount).
· Deep understanding of U.S. government procurement processes, compliance requirements, and contracting structures.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong analytical mindset with exposure to AI, automation, and analytics-driven recruiting platforms.
