5 / 6 Classroom Teacher opening for the 2026-2027 school year

We are looking for an outstanding educator to join our combined fifth / sixth team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with intermediate/middle school students and place high value on working as part of a collaborative team of educators. Our combined fifth / sixth team will be instrumental in designing and shaping a rigorous and inclusive middle school student experience, with a focus on the overall student experience and student belonging. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with amazing students and creative educators to have an immediate positive impact on our school community.

The classroom teacher, in concert with the grade-level team and the MTSS teams and under the direction of school administrators, will facilitate student success and growth in academic and interpersonal skills through implementing district approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of individual students and by creating a flexible, safe and optimal learning environment; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc.  

Anticipated assignment: Grade 5 and 6

Qualifications Profile

• NH State Certification with an Elementary K-6 or K-8 endorsement
• Experience in grades 4-8 classroom teaching preferred.

Education

• Masters Degree preferred.
