You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives within assigned accounts while providing strong technical service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will build long-term customer relationships through effective key account management, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.

• Achieve annual sales targets and sales development plans

• Manage assigned customer accounts and responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts

• Ensure customer processes meet expectations in quality, efficiency, and cost control
  确保客户使用的工艺在质量、效率及成本控制方面达到满意度

• Drive continuous process improvement to meet or exceed customer expectations
  推动持续改善项目，提升客户体验

• Provide timely, professional technical support and problem resolution
  及时、专业地处理客户技术问题

• Liaise with PMMs and internal stakeholders on technical issues, business opportunities, and competitor insights
  与产品市场经理及内部相关团队沟通技术、业务及竞争信息

• Act as the main technical communication bridge between customers and internal Atotech teams

• Share technical insights with the sales team, including consumption trends and competitor analysis

• Recommend quality and process improvements to immediate superior

• Ensure safety is embedded in all activities and comply with laws, regulations, and Atotech standards

Skills You Bring｜任职要求

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Electroplating, or related fields
  化学工程、工业化学、电镀或相关专业本科以上学历

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or technical support within the chemical industry
  至少 4 年化工行业销售或技术支持经验

• Experience in electroplating is a strong advantage
  具备电镀相关经验者优先

• Strong communication and technical/business writing skills
  良好的沟通能力及技术 / 商务写作能力

• This role supports Mandarin-speaking clients and requires coordination with local Thai colleagues.
  Trilingual candidates (Mandarin, Thai, and English) are preferred; alternatively, candidates with strong Mandarin and English skills are also welcome.

• Computer literate
  熟悉电脑操作

• This position is based in Bangkok and requires travel to various industrial estates outside of Bangkok.
  A valid local driving license is required; an international driving license is preferred for foreign talents.
