Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time parts delivery associate. Must be familiar with the Dallas Metro area, have a TX drivers license with a sparkly clean driving record, and be able to pass pre-employment drug and background checks. A verifiable history of good work ethic and attendance is required.

Must be over 18 with an active driver's license for the last 2 years with no more than 2 tickets and/or accidents.

Starting Pay: $17/HR

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7am- 4pm with an occasional Saturday as needed

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move 50–75 pounds regularly, and occasionally assist with heavier equipment using team lifting or mechanical aids
  • Ability to push, pull, and maneuver HVAC equipment and materials (e.g., condensers, furnaces, ductwork)
  • Ability to enter tight or restricted areas, including crawlspaces, attics, and mechanical closets
  • Ability to climb ladders and navigate uneven terrain at residential job sites
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat (attics), cold, humidity, and outdoor weather
  • Sufficient grip strength and manual dexterity to handle tools, parts, and equipment safely
  • Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license
